Our parties are so engaging and exciting, children as young as 3- or 4-years-old have a great time!
But since children develop at different rates, the best (and really, ONLY) way to see if your child is ready for our program is to take advantage of one of our WEB SPECIALS and bring your child in for a quick introduction.
No. In fact, the opposite is true!
Children are exposed to HUGE amounts of simulated and real violence in video games, on television, in movies, on the internet, and in other media outlets.
But in our unique program, we teach students real, practical, effective non-violent conflict resolution techniques and tactics that can defuse the situation before it escalates to violence. We also teach escape techniques and tactics that even smaller people can use to move to safety if approached by a potentially dangerous situation.
Should your child be confronted with an aggressive situation that can’t be resolved peacefully or escaped from, he or she will have the basic martial arts skills needed to defend themselves.

It started with a free buddy pass, where my son got to try two classes for free with his friend. The class was super fun! What 5 year old active little boy wouldn't want to learn by playing games and being taught by super fun instructors with pool noodles?? So he was hooked.
Then my three year old daughter got bored watching on the sidelines and wanted to try. One class and she was hooked.
Then I was watching from the sidelines thinking, dang this looks like fun. So I signed up for one month of kickboxing. Now I'm hooked.
Eventually I signed up for taekwondo as well. Hooked on that too. This stuff is empowering!
The instructors are skilled, fun, positive, supportive, all while holding you to a high but achievable standard, without undue pressure. I needed a ton of modifications when I started, and was always made to feel great about working at my own level. If you're thinking about it, come try! You will be hooked!
Also, compared to many other kid's activities, the price is super reasonable. And kickboxing is a steal!
Oh, I also did a kid's birthday party through these guys, and it was awesome! Everyone had a ton of fun, all I had to do was bring a cake and my own kids, and the price was great.

Great place to start martial arts or just get in shape or maybe even just make some friends. Super welcoming people and understanding about limitations of people at the start. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hobby or get in shape
